How we run a contract

CleanStay is a ready-made operational partner for a single property or a whole portfolio. The scope, the contact and the checks stay clear from the outset.

• CleanStay is the trading name of a service operated by LucyTo Trade s.r.o., Company ID 01719408.
• Cleaning and operational work is carried out by our own employees.
• You have a single point of contact for the contract.
• We can scale the team up to suit the property.
• We work across Prague and, by arrangement, in nearby areas.
• We have experience running single Airbnb flats as well as several units. The scope can be set for one property or an entire portfolio.
• Communal areas are cleaned by our own employees. The regular routine is set around the size of the building, how busy it is and a checklist agreed with the managing agent or the owners’ committee.
• Cleaning of offices and business premises is set around opening hours, access arrangements, the layout of the property and the frequency required.

How we agree the work and how we check it

First we need a description of the property and whether it is a single space or a portfolio. For companies, apartment buildings, post-construction cleaning and Airbnb management a site visit usually follows. For a smaller home or a familiar Airbnb unit, the layout and photographs are sometimes enough.

We write the scope down so that it is clear what counts as standard and what counts as extra work. Quality checks are made against that brief: a comment is either put right as an outstanding item or quoted separately. Reporting is set up to suit the contract.

We provide property management for Airbnb only. We do not offer general management of residential blocks, owners’ associations or long-term tenancies.

We do not publish a photograph of the team. The photographs on the service pages are illustrative and do not show specific contracts, clients or CleanStay employees. We do not publish reviews, ratings or invented references.
