Terms and conditions

This English version is provided for the convenience of English-speaking clients. The reference version of these terms is the Czech text at Obchodní podmínky. If the two versions differ in meaning, the Czech wording prevails. The company data and the substance of the terms are the same in both versions.

Operator

The nature of the website and of an enquiry

Submitting the enquiry form, sending an email or making a telephone call does not in itself conclude a contract. It is a request for a quote or for the next steps. The specific scope, date and price are assessed according to the property and our capacity.

Indicative prices

The published price list is for guidance. Where a price is stated “from”, the final price depends on the scope. For companies, apartment buildings, portfolios and non-standard contracts we prepare a quote based on the actual condition of the property. Prices on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Confirming a contract and when it comes into existence

Submitting the form, sending an email or a first telephone call do not create a contract. Communicating an indicative price afterwards need not in itself constitute a binding offer. The parties confirm the specific scope, price, date and other terms before the service begins. A contract comes into existence only once both parties expressly confirm the specific terms, or by signing a separate contract.

Scope, dates, cancellation and liability

The scope of work, the price, the date, cancellation terms and liability are confirmed before each specific contract. This website does not state blanket cancellation fees, contractual penalties or liability limits.

Long-term co-operation

For regular commercial cleaning, apartment buildings and Airbnb management, the terms are governed by a separate agreement or contract. The commission, the calculation base and the scope of the management service are confirmed in the contract, not merely by submitting the form.
