Cleaning during the works
A visit while the renovation is running: lifting coarse dust, clearing routes through the site and taking out small debris by arrangement. The aim is to let the next trade work, not to reach a hotel standard.
After building work
For flats, offices and commercial premises left with dust, fitting debris and surfaces that are not ready to hand over. The clean gets the space ready for handover or moving in — it is not a demolition clearance.

Post-construction cleaning is not a single job. It depends on whether the trades are still working or the space is supposed to look ready for handover.

The clean once the work is finished, before sign-off, handover to a tenant or moving in. This is about fine dust, surfaces, doors, frames, windows and the details that show most after building work.
If the build is still running, a clean during the works is enough. If a handover date is fixed, you need the final clean and a realistic estimate from photographs or a visit.
Sanding, plasterboard, cutting and painting leave behind a dust that ordinary household cleaning will not lift. It settles on floors, in frames, on radiators, inside sockets and on horizontal surfaces that look clean until you run a hand across them.
A final clean therefore allows for repeated wiping and vacuuming rather than a single pass. If there is still open dust from work in progress, the clean will not hold; the source of the mess has to stop first.
Vacuuming, washing and lifting fitting residue as far as the floor covering will take it. Protective film and heavy building deposits are dealt with where cleaning will shift them, not by chipping them off.
Wiping down kitchen units, tiling, door frames, doors, switches, sills and freestanding furniture. Silicone residue, paint splashes and adhesive belong to the trade that left them; cleaning does not substitute for that.
Cleaning internal glass and frames at reachable heights. External cleaning at height and scaffolded work are not standard. The condition of the windows has to be assessable before we can price.
The result should be a space where keys can be handed over, furniture moved in or normal use can begin. In a flat that means clean floors, bathroom, kitchen and glass. In an office, the same plus whatever shared areas are agreed.
If a move-in or Airbnb styling is due to follow the clean, tell us in advance. Removals and furnishing are not part of post-construction cleaning, but we can follow on with another service.
We price from photographs or a visit, based on the real state of the space.
You can send photographs to info@cleanstay.cz. Please add the location, the approximate floor area and the date you need.
from 75 Kč/m². The minimum order value is 4,000 Kč. The price is set from photographs, video or a site visit.
We keep post-construction cleaning separate from home cleaning and from an office routine, because the effort and the risks are different. That is why it is not priced off a household hourly rate.
Once the space is handed over we can follow on with regular office, home or Airbnb cleaning. First, though, the space genuinely has to be ready to hand over.
from 75 Kč/m². The minimum order value is 4,000 Kč. The price is set from photographs, video or a site visit. The main drivers are the amount of construction dust, leftover materials, the layout, what is already installed, the windows and the date you need. Hazardous waste, rubble, work at height and machine cleaning are not standard parts of the service.
For smaller flats after a standard renovation, photographs are often enough. For larger spaces, heavy soiling or an unclear scope, a visit is needed.
Yes, as cleaning during the works. A final result only holds once the source of the dust has stopped; otherwise it comes straight back.
No. Rubble, hazardous waste, work at height and machine cleaning are not standard parts of the service.
Accessible internal glass usually is, where it follows from the brief. Cleaning at height and scaffolded work are not part of the standard.
Yes. We clean after building work in flats, offices and commercial premises alike. The scope is judged the same way: on the state of the space, not the type of property.
The date depends on capacity and on whether the space is ready for a final clean. An urgent slot is treated as express capacity rather than something we can take for granted.
Fine construction dust, fitting debris and preparing for handover are a different scope. That is why post-construction cleaning has its own brief and its own price.
Basic information about the property is enough.
