Privacy policy
This text describes how data is processed on the CleanStay website and in the enquiry form. It is not a generic template for an online shop, a newsletter or advertising tools, none of which this website uses.
This English version is provided for the convenience of English-speaking clients. The reference version of this policy is the Czech text at Ochrana osobních údajů. If the two versions differ in meaning, the Czech wording prevails. The company data, purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention periods are the same in both versions.
Data controller
CleanStay is the trading name of a service operated by LucyTo Trade s.r.o..
LucyTo Trade s.r.o.
Hálkova 1639/4, Nové Město
120 00 Praha 2
Company ID (IČO) 01719408
Email: info@cleanstay.cz
Administrative contact: o.kryvshych@gmail.com
Telephone: +420 776 292 312
The address above is the company’s registered office. It is not a branch, a customer centre or a place for visits in person.
What the form may process
The enquiry form has two steps. It submits the service, the location, whether a single property or a portfolio is involved, the number of properties in the case of a portfolio, your name, an email address or a telephone number, your preferred method of contact and a short description of what you need. At least one working contact detail is required.
Depending on the service you select, the following may also be submitted:
- companies: type of premises, approximate floor area, frequency, an optional site visit date;
- apartment buildings: number of entrances and floors, frequency, lift;
- Airbnb cleaning: layout, number of beds, date of the first turnover, linen;
- Airbnb management: an existing operation or a new unit, number of units, platforms used;
- Airbnb design: condition of the unit, floor area, expected timing, an optional indicative budget;
- post-construction cleaning: floor area, condition of the space, timing, a note that photographs will follow;
- express cleaning: the date and the approximate scope;
- households: layout or floor area, regular or deep cleaning, the date and confirmation of the four working hour minimum.
In this version of the website the form does not upload photographs. The only additional item that may be submitted with an enquiry is the path of the page the form was sent from, for example /en/contact.
Purpose of processing
We process the data in order to deal with your enquiry and for the follow-up communication about the scope, the date or a site visit. The form does not create an order, does not take payment and is not used to send a newsletter.
Legal basis
Processing an enquiry takes place under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: these are steps prior to entering into a contract which you request by submitting the form, calling or emailing. Protecting the form against automated submissions takes place under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the controller’s legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.
Retention period
Enquiries are not stored in a website database. Once an enquiry is submitted successfully, an internal message is delivered to the controller by email. If you provided an email address, a short acknowledgement of receipt may also be sent to you.
Data from an enquiry that does not lead to a contract is kept for no longer than 12 months from the last communication, unless longer retention is necessary to protect legal claims or to meet a legal obligation.
Where a contract is concluded, the subsequent contractual, accounting and tax documentation is kept for the period laid down by the applicable legislation. This website does not state a single retention period for all concluded contracts.
The operational record of a submission contains only a reference number, the time, the type of service and the technical result. It does not record a name, email address, telephone number or the text of the message.
Recipients and processors
The internal enquiry is delivered by the Resend service to info@cleanstay.cz. If you provide an email address, Resend may also send the acknowledgement to you. The website runs on Vercel hosting. Form submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile in order to limit automated submissions. These suppliers process the data only to the extent needed to deliver the email, run the website or protect the form.
If you allow analytics, data about your visit may be processed by Google Analytics 4 through the direct Google tag (gtag.js). We do not load Google Ads or Google Tag Manager on the website. Without analytics consent, the Google script is not loaded.
Cookies, measurement and Turnstile
The website uses the direct Google tag for Google Analytics 4. The script does not load by itself. Before you give analytics consent we do not load gtag.js, we do not send requests to Google Analytics and we do not create analytics cookies. The marketing option is available in the settings, but the website does not currently run Google Ads scripts.
We use the following categories:
- necessary: running the website, protecting the form and storing your consent choice in the cleanstay_consent_v1 cookie;
- analytics: measuring visits and enquiry submissions through GA4, only with consent;
- marketing: the option is available for future advertising measurement, but the website does not currently load Google Ads or remarketing.
We keep your consent choice for no longer than 6 months. You can change it at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the footer.
Once analytics consent is withdrawn, the website stops sending analytics events, sets Consent Mode back to denied and deletes known Google cookies for this domain. The cookie holding your consent choice remains.
We do not state the specific data retention period in Google Analytics here. That depends on the settings of the GA4 property.
The website itself does not store data in localStorage or sessionStorage. Cloudflare Turnstile serves solely to protect the form. It may use technical security measures for that purpose. It is not marketing analytics.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, erasure or the restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on a legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, email info@cleanstay.cz or call +420 776 292 312.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
Automated decision-making
The form is not used for automated decision-making with legal effects. Submitting an enquiry does not in itself create a contract. We assess the next steps individually.
The related rules for enquiries are set out in the terms and conditions. Our contact details are also on the contact page.
