Who it is for and what it solves
Home cleaning makes sense when you want a steady rhythm in a flat or house, or a one-off catch-up on everything routine vacuuming never reaches. We work in Prague and, by arrangement, in the surrounding area.
The minimum booking is 4 working hours. A working hour means one employee working for one hour. Two employees working for two hours therefore make four working hours.
Regular, deep and end-of-tenancy cleaning
Deep cleaning
A one-off, more thorough visit: clear surfaces, cupboard fronts, the outside of appliances, frames, switches, light fittings within reach and the places a routine clean skips. Useful before visitors, after winter, or when a flat has gone a long time without a proper clean.
End-of-tenancy and move-in cleaning
Cleaning before you move in, or after you move out and hand the flat back. The scope depends on whether the place is empty and on the state of the floors, kitchen and bathroom. We do not move furniture.
Cleaning after a renovation
If there is construction dust, fitting debris or a renovation that has only just finished, this is not ordinary home cleaning. It takes a different effort and carries a different price.
When a household rate does not apply
Fine construction dust, protective film, silicone residue and getting a space ready for handover belong on the dedicated page, where we assess photographs or make a visit.
What a standard clean covers
Standard scope includes
- vacuuming and mopping the agreed floors
- cleaning the bathroom and WC, including basins, the shower or bath and mirrors
- cleaning the outside of the kitchen units, the sink and clear worktops
- wiping freestanding furniture, switches, handles and reachable surfaces
- taking out everyday waste where that is in the brief
Standard scope excludes
- window cleaning at height and work beyond safe reach
- post-construction cleaning and removal of bulky waste
- washing curtains, chemical carpet cleaning and machine cleaning as standard
- ironing, cooking, childcare and looking after pets
- moving furniture and clearing cellars
Additional tasks
By arrangement you can add internal window cleaning within reach, the balcony, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the oven, or wardrobes where they have been emptied. These tasks either count towards the four-hour minimum or are added on top of it.
We keep to the agreed list. If you want more done on a particular visit, put it in your enquiry so we arrive with the right time booked.
Products as agreed
We can arrive with our own products and equipment, or work with whatever you already use at home. If you have delicate surfaces, pets or products you prefer, tell us in advance.
Specialist products, steam cleaners and chemical cleaning are not standard kit on every visit. We use them only where we have agreed to.
Cancellations and express slots
Final cancellation terms have not been published yet. Until they are, the general understanding applies: we book dates subject to capacity, and changes should reach us as early as possible so a team is not travelling for nothing.
An express slot is possible depending on current capacity and may carry a surcharge. The details are on the express cleaning page.

Is a site visit necessary?
For an ordinary flat, the layout, the number of rooms and whether you want a regular or deep clean are often enough. We suggest a visit for a large house, after a renovation, or when the scope is not clear from the description.
