Airbnb cleaning
Turnovers between guests, linen, consumables, condition checks and damage reports. Bookings, guest messages and pricing stay with you, or with whoever manages the unit.
Airbnb cleaning
For owners and operators who run their own bookings but need dependable cleaning between one guest leaving and the next arriving. We reset the apartment to an agreed checklist, check for visible faults and tell you what is not right. Linen and consumables are arranged with you.

Before you enquire about turnovers, it helps to know where the service stops. Cleaning prepares the apartment between guests. Management takes on the messaging, the calendar and the day-to-day running of the unit.
Turnovers between guests, linen, consumables, condition checks and damage reports. Bookings, guest messages and pricing stay with you, or with whoever manages the unit.
Guest messaging, the calendar, pricing, check-in and check-out, cleaning and repair coordination. The right fit when you would rather not run the daily operation yourself.
A standard turnover means we reset the apartment after check-out so the next guest can walk straight in, working to a checklist agreed with you: floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, everyday waste taken out and a check for visible faults.
Laundering and changing linen, buying consumables, exceptional mess, window cleaning, larger balconies and terraces, waste removal beyond normal volumes and repairs are not part of a standard turnover. The aim is a unit the next guest can live in, not a deep clean after building work.
We strip used bedding, towels and tea towels and make up clean sets for the number of beds, where that change is part of the arrangement. Laundering and linen changes are not included in the standard turnover price.
We can wash, dry and fold linen. The indicative price is from 90 Kč/kg and depends on the type of linen, the volume, the finishing, transport and handover. It is not hidden inside the standard cleaning price.
If a towel, pillowcase or tea towel is missing from the apartment, we report it. We can top up from our own stock where that has been agreed in advance.
The cleaning team is the first to see the apartment between guests. That is why checking is part of the turnover rather than an optional extra.
We confirm that what a guest needs actually works: lights, water, heating where it is accessible, the Wi-Fi details left in the flat and the basic kitchen equipment.
Broken glass, stains, missing equipment or damaged furniture are written up and sent to you. Cleaning does not replace a repair and does not hide damage from the owner.
We pick up damage and faults that are visible while we clean. Hidden technical defects that cannot be seen during a turnover belong to a proper property inspection.
We top up whatever is on the agreed list: toilet roll, soap, shower gel, coffee, tea, salt, oil or the other small things guests expect to find. We put that list together with you so nobody is buying at random.
Buying the consumables and the cost of them are not part of a standard turnover. Cleaning without purchasing assumes the stock is already in the unit or in a store cupboard nearby.
A heavily soiled carpet, a kitchen after serious cooking, pet hair well beyond the usual, stained mattresses or clearing up after a party is not a standard turnover. The team will finish the job where capacity and the time before the next check-in allow, and will tell you what the extra work costs.
Where there simply is not enough time between departure and arrival, we get the apartment ready for the next check-in and propose the remaining work separately.
Suits owners running one flat who want a settled team for changeovers. The schedule follows your calendar.
For a portfolio we plan routes, linen and the order units are done in. We work with single apartments and with several Airbnb units at once, building the schedule around bookings, location and how stays follow one another.
The number of units, the bed capacity, whether the linen is yours or ours, and how tight the gaps between guests are. That is what we size the team against.
Cleaning between guests depends on getting dates in good time. We need to know when a guest leaves, when the next one arrives and whether there is a comfortable gap or a tight same-day turnover.
Send booking changes as early as you can. The shorter the window, the more it becomes a question of express capacity rather than a routine scheduled clean. Guest messages and calendar changes themselves are not part of a cleaning service.
An indicative turnover starts from 990 Kč for a studio (1+kk), from 1,290 Kč for a one-bedroom flat (2+kk) and from 1,690 Kč for a two-bedroom flat (3+kk). Larger units and portfolios are priced individually. Laundry, supplies and work outside the checklist are charged separately.
Airbnb cleaning is carried out by our own employees. We build the schedule around bookings, location and how stays follow on from one another, and we scale the team to the job. A single apartment or several units both work, provided the brief and the access are clear.
If you also want guest messaging and the calendar taken off your hands, move up to management. If the unit is still being put together, the interior comes first and turnovers follow.
No. Cleaning prepares the apartment between guests. Management also takes on messaging, bookings, check-in and day-to-day coordination. They are two separate services.
Cleaning the apartment to an agreed checklist and a check of the visible condition. We confirm the exact scope for your unit. Laundering, linen changes and consumables are not in the standard price.
No. Washing, drying and folding are priced from 90 Kč/kg. Linen changes and consumables are charged separately and are not part of the standard turnover price.
We report it and price the extra work separately. If there is no time before the next check-in, we make the unit fit to use and propose the rest by arrangement.
Yes. Tell us in your enquiry that it is a portfolio and how many units are involved. The schedule is built around bookings and how far apart the addresses are.
We need the check-out, the check-in and how the team gets in. Send booking changes as early as possible. The calendar and guest messages stay with you, or with a management service.
We recommend one for a first unit or a portfolio, so we know the layout, where linen is stored and how access works. For a flat we already know, a description and photos are sometimes enough.
Basic information about the property is enough.
