For standard services we publish indicative prices. For companies, apartment buildings, Airbnb portfolios and construction work we prepare a quote based on the size, the frequency and the actual condition of the property.

Do you cover the whole of Prague?
Yes, the whole of Prague and, by arrangement, nearby areas as well. We confirm the exact travel distance for each contract, particularly for express dates.
Is a site visit required before you quote?
For offices, apartment buildings, Airbnb management and post-construction cleaning we usually need a site visit. For a smaller home or a familiar Airbnb unit a description and photographs are sometimes enough.
Can you provide both regular and one-off cleaning?
Yes. A regular routine, a one-off clean or a combination of the two is set around how the property operates. They are different scopes of work and are priced separately.
Can you clean today?
Sometimes we can start on the same day. Availability depends on the location, the scope and our current workload. The quickest way to check is by phone.
Do you bring your own materials and equipment?
As agreed, we either use our own materials or work with the ones you provide. We top up hygiene supplies and consumables only where that is part of the agreed scope.
Can you take on several properties or a whole portfolio of flats?
Yes. The enquiry form distinguishes between a single property and a portfolio. We set the scope, the schedule and the handover around the number of units, their addresses and how the stays follow one another.
Is Airbnb cleaning the same as full management?
No. Cleaning prepares the flat between guests. Management additionally takes on guest communication, the calendar, check-in and day-to-day coordination.
Which prices do you publish?
We publish indicative prices where they are meaningful: households, Airbnb turnovers, laundry, management, post-construction and express cleaning. Companies, apartment buildings and portfolios are priced around the individual property. The details are on the pricing page.
