As agreed, we either use our own materials or work with the ones you provide. We top up hygiene supplies and consumables only where that is part of the agreed scope.

Yes. The enquiry form distinguishes between a single property and a portfolio. We set the scope, the schedule and the handover around the number of units, their addresses and how the stays follow one another.

No. Cleaning prepares the flat between guests. Management additionally takes on guest communication, the calendar, check-in and day-to-day coordination.
