Offices and business premises
Workspaces, meeting rooms, reception, kitchens, WCs and shared areas. The emphasis is on consistency, touch points and working outside the busiest hours.
Companies and offices
For companies that need clean premises without running a cleaning operation of their own. We set up a regular schedule, a one-off job or a combination of the two, built around how the building actually works.

Commercial cleaning earns its place wherever cleanliness affects the working day, the impression visitors take away and the running of the site. Typically that means offices, company headquarters, retail units, shops, warehouses and other commercial premises in Prague that need a settled routine rather than a scramble once the mess becomes obvious.
The problem we solve is an operational one: who cleans, when, to what scope and against what brief. Instead of ad-hoc cleaning we put in a regular schedule staffed by our own employees, a checklist, and a clear route for feedback.
Scope and frequency differ by type of operation. The routine is always built around what the site needs rather than a standard template.

Shops, showrooms and back-of-house areas that have to be cleaned around opening hours and customer traffic. The scope stays within the areas we have agreed.
Welfare facilities, the office part of a warehouse and agreed walkways. Production lines, specialist surfaces and technical zones are only included when they are in the brief.
Clinics, hospitality, schools and nurseries and other premises are cleaned to the brief for that operation. We agree the specific routine with the client.
Regular cleaning is the core of the service. We draw up the list of tasks, the frequency and the order of rooms so the team knows what is standard and what counts as extra work.
Vacuuming and mopping the agreed areas, emptying bins, cleaning WCs, the kitchen and reception, and wiping desks, handles, switches and other touch points.
Restocking hygiene supplies where that is agreed, cleaning glass at eye level, resetting meeting rooms after use and checking the dispensers in the WCs.
A more thorough wipe-down of clear surfaces, internal doors, radiators, partition glass and other agreed details that do not belong in the daily routine.
A one-off clean suits an office move, a repaint, sign-off on new premises, the end of an event, or the period before a regular schedule starts. A deep clean goes further: clear surfaces, dust in awkward places, cupboard fronts, frames, glass and whatever other details are agreed but never get done in a routine visit.
Both are quoted from a description of the site or from a visit. After a visit we separate what is standard, what is extra work and what does not belong in a cleaning brief at all.
Most offices and retail units need cleaning early before opening, in the evening once people have left, or at the weekend. The shift is set around access, security and the hours the building is actually in use.
We clean outside working hours wherever entry is agreed — keys, codes and a named contact on site. Any areas that stay locked are marked up in advance.
We can work with our own products and equipment, or with whatever the site already uses. Hygiene supplies work the same way: we can keep toilet roll, soap and paper towels topped up where that forms part of the contract, or leave them to the building management.
If the operation needs a particular product or method, we write it into the brief and the team works to it.
For offices and retail units we normally recommend a visit. Photographs give us an indication; an operational price follows the visit.
Quality is held to the checklist that forms part of the contract. By arrangement, a supervisor or nominated person can walk the site, record anything that falls short and take it up with the team, rather than leaving it to an email a week later.
Reporting is set to suit the operation: a short note after a shift, a monthly summary, or feedback handed over on site.
Regular commercial cleaning is priced as a monthly fee based on the scope, the frequency, the opening hours and the specific property. We can prepare an indicative quote from a basic description; the final price usually follows a site visit.
The work is carried out by our own employees, and the team is sized to the job. Office and retail cleaning is set up around your opening hours, how access works, the layout of the building and the frequency you need.
The quote comes from a visit and a specific brief. If you also need post-construction cleaning, an express visit or cleaning in a shared residential building, those are quoted as their own scope rather than slipped into an office price.

For regular office and retail cleaning we recommend it. From photographs or a short description we can give an indication, but not a final operational price.
Yes, provided access is arranged and it is clear which areas stay locked. The shift is set around how the building runs, not to a standard night-work template.
We can, where the brief is clear. The routine is set around the requirements of that operation. We do not provide medical, hygiene or food-safety guarantees.
It depends on what we agree. We can work with our own products or with yours. Hygiene supplies are only restocked when that is explicitly part of the contract.
Feedback is measured against the checklist. By arrangement a nominated person takes it and raises it with the team. Reporting can follow each shift or come at an agreed interval.
Yes. A regular schedule and a one-off or deep clean are priced separately because the scope and the effort are different.
Basic information about the property is enough.
