When express cleaning makes sense
Express is for a deadline that has moved, not for having a routine clean slightly earlier. The first thing we check is whether we have capacity for that day and that location.
Extra capacity alongside regular cleaning
A one-off visit when the regular team cannot absorb additional work, or when you need to cover a gap at a site we already look after.
Airbnb and a tight gap between guests
A same-day turnover that will not fit the normal plan. We check capacity first and confirm the arrival only after that.
When express is not the answer
Large post-construction jobs, hazardous materials and enquiries with no description of the site. Speed does not replace a visit where the scope cannot be seen.

What we need from you
The more precise the description, the faster we can say yes or no. Without the basics we will not hold capacity.

Express is not a separate team sitting by the phone. It is a free window in the schedule we are already running.

What we check before confirming a slot
Standard scope includes
- confirming capacity by phone against the location and the scope
- starting the same day where there is a free window in the schedule
- a one-off clean of a flat, office, retail unit or Airbnb apartment within the agreed scope
- following on from a regular service at a site we already clean
Standard scope excludes
- a guaranteed arrival at a specific hour without checking capacity first
- post-construction cleaning without photographs or a visit
- work with hazardous materials and bulk waste
- moving other clients to free up a slot at any cost
